信用标准化技术委员会现状分析及建议

摘　　要：分析信用类标准化技术委员会的成立情况、命名情况、信用标准发布情况,认为信用类标准化技术委员会存在政策法规落实不到位、工作机制不完善、信标委数量少且分布不均、标准质量不高、社会认知度不高等问题。今后,应严格落实政策法规要求,加强组织机制建设,做大做强各级信用标准,加大信用标准宣传力度等,以期为信用标准化技术委员会的筹建和运作提供参考。By analyzing the establishment of technical committees of standardization regarding credit, their naming and the publication of credit standards, this article argues that these committees are faced with several problems: ineffective implementation of policies, laws and regulations, imperfection of working mechanism, small quantity and unbalanced distribution, low quality of standard, and low social recognition, etc. It is recommended that these committees should strictly implement the requirements of policies, laws and regulations, strengthen the construction of governing mechanisms, improve different levels of credit standards, and intensify the publicity of the credit standards in the future, so as to provide reference for the preparation and operation of the technical committees of standardization on credit.
