摘 要:以SiO_2、B_2O_3、Al_2O_3和碱土金属氧化物(RO)为原料,采用高温熔融法制得了高铝硼硅酸盐玻璃.通过阿基米德法和E4980A的精密阻抗分析仪,研究了不同RO掺入量对高铝硼硅玻璃的密度、介电常数的影响.研究结果表明:RO含量不同的样品,由于Mg^(2+)和O^(2-)的电子云变化较小,其介电常数在5.74 F/m上下波动;掺入不同量CaO、SrO和BaO使样品由于非桥氧的增加和O^(2-)、阳离子的电子云变化大等影响,介电常数出现先增大后减小的趋势,分别在7.94 wt%、1.06 wt%和0.4 wt%处出现极大值;同时,掺入BaO的样品发生了明显的混合碱土效应,其介电常数出现下降的趋势.High alumina borosilicate glass was prepared from SiO2,B2O3,Al2O3 and alkaline earth metal oxide(RO)by high temperature melting method.The density and dielectric properties of alumina borosilicate glass with different RO content were studied by Archimedes method and E4980A precision impedance analyzer.The results were found that:The dielectric constants of the samples with different MgO content fluctuate around 5.74 F/m due to the small changes in the electron cloud of Mg^2+and O^2-.The dielectric constants of the samples with different CaO,SrO and BaO content appear to increase first and then decrease because of the increase of NBO and the large changes in the electron cloud of cationic and O^2-.The maximum values were found at 7.94 wt%,1.06 wt%and 0.4 wt%,respectively.At the same time,the dielectric constant of samples with BaO tend to decrease because of the significant mixed alkaline earth effect.
