摘　　要：广佛肇高速公路肇庆段比省发改委批复工期提前一年通车,项目建设时间紧、任务重,对机电工程的进度和费用控制是一项关键工作。基于挣值法的原理对广佛肇高速公路肇庆段机电监理项目的进度与费用控制进行了研究,通过挣值法分析曲线、费用值以及评价指数对工程进度与费用的开展情况进行了评估与分析,为决策者对进度与费用的控制提供参考依据。The Zhaoqing Section of the Guang-Fo-Zhao Expressway was opened to traffic one year earlier than the approved date by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.The project construction time is tight and the task is heavy.The progress of the mechanical and electrical engineering and cost control is a key task.Being based on the principle of earned value method,the progress and cost control of the electromechanical supervision project of Zhaoqing Section of Guang-Fo-Zhao Expressway have been studied.The project progress and cost have been evaluated by the earned value analysis curve,cost value and evaluation index.Analysis could provide references for decision makers to control progress and expenses.
