摘 要:目的探讨长期吸烟对血清血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)和血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)表达的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2018年3月,在我院健康查体者100名,其中长期吸烟者50名,不吸烟者50名,均为成年男性,测量血压、身高、体重等基本资料,并通过问卷调查完善其他相关资料;抽取入选者静脉血,完善肝肾功能、血糖检测;留取血清标本,通过ELISA实验测定血清中ACE、ACE2的含量;利用统计学软件对相关数据结果进行统计学分析。结果 ELISA测定结果显示,不吸烟组血清ACE含量为(118.66±64.58)pg/ml,吸烟组为(349.93±169.24)pg/ml,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);ACE2测定结果不吸烟组为(814.12±186.71)pg/ml,吸烟组为(545.53±166.74)pg/ml,两者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);ACE/ACE2比值结果为不吸烟组(0.15±0.09),吸烟组为(0.69±0.37),两者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论长期吸烟导致血清ACE升高,ACE2降低,ACE/ACE2表达失衡,可能是其引起呼吸系统及心血管系统疾病的原因之一。Objective:To investigate the effects of long-term smoking on expression of serum angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2).Methods: From October 2017 to March 2018, we chosen 100 healthy subjects who accept physical examination in our hospital, including 50 long-term smokers and 50 non smokers, all of them were adult male, measured blood pressure, height, weight and so on, and questionnaire survey was made to improve the relevant information.The venous blood of subjects was extracted to check liver and kidney function, and blood sugar.Serum samples were collected, the contents of ACE and ACE2 in serum were measured by ELISA test, and statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the results.Results: The results of ELISA testing showed that the serum ACE content of the blood of the non smoking group was (118.66± 64.58)pg/ml and that of the smoking group was (349.93±169.24)pg/ml, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The results of ACE2 determination were (814.12±186.71)pg/ml in the non smoking group and (545.53±166.74)pg/ml in the smoking group, and the difference was statistically significant ( p <0.05).ACE/ACE2 ratio was(0.15±0.09)in the non smoking group, and (0.69±0.37)in the smoking group, and the difference was statistically significant ( p <0.05).Conclusion: Long-term smoking leads to increase of serum ACE and decrease of ACE2, and the imbalance of ACE/ACE2 expression may be one of the causes of the respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
