摘  要:介绍了近年来液相缩合法及多相催化缩合法制备异佛尔酮的生产现状、主要存在的问题、研发的热点及研发趋势等技术研究进展情况,分析了国内外主要异佛尔酮生产企业、生产能力、原料市场及下游消费市场等情况。从技术和市场2个方面对未来发展异佛尔酮产品提出了具有针对性的建议。技术方面重点是研究和开发工艺流程简单、成本较低、能够在常压下经过缩合反应制备异佛尔酮的方法;同时研制催化性能好、寿命较长及后处理简单的固体催化剂;在市场方面,异佛尔酮作为丙酮下游附加值较高的产品之一,应大力发展异佛尔酮及其下游配套产业链,以提高我国异佛尔酮的市场竞争力。The production status, main problems, research hotspots and development trends of liquid phase condensation and heterogeneous catalytic condensation for the preparation of isophorone in recent years are introduced. The market situation of isophorone in major domestic and foreign isophorone manufacturers, production capacity, raw material market and downstream consumer market is analyzed. Some suggestions for the future development of isophorone products are put forward from the aspects of technology and market. The technical emphasis is to research and develop synthesis routes for preparing isophorone by condesation reaction at atmospheric pressure with simple process and low cost, and develop solid catalysts with better performance, long lifetime and simple posttreatment method. In view of market, as one of the downstream products with of acetone high added value, isophorone and its downstream supporting industrial chain should be vigorously developed to improve the market competitiveness of isophorone.
