摘 要:为研究重症支气管哮喘患者外周血Ras相关区域家族1A(RASSF1A)甲基化水平及相关因素的作用。将重症支气管哮喘患者138例作为病例组,140例已排除肺部疾患的健康体检样本为对照组。结果显示,病例组超重/肥胖比例、既往吸烟比例以及有哮喘家族史者均明显高于对照组。偏瘦的患者的RASSF1A启动因子甲基化率较高,其中男性比女性更高,且吸食二手烟的患者显著高于其他受试,且女性高于男性。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示RASSF1A启动因子甲基化增高、偏瘦和二手烟吸食史是影响成人支气管哮喘的独立危险因素。因此,从抑制RASSF1A启动因子甲基化、减少体重及二手烟吸入对预防重症支气管哮喘患者发生意义重大。To study the role of RASSF1A methylation and related factors in peripheral blood of patients with severe bronchial asthma.138 cases of severe bronchial asthma were selected as case group, and140 healthy samples excluded from lung disease as control group. The proportion of overweight / obesity, past smoking rate and family history of asthma in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Meanwhile, the methylation of RASSF1A promoter rate of the lean patients was higher, especially, higher in the male than the female, and which was significantly higher in the patients who took secondhand smoke, especially, higher in the male than the female. The results of multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of RASSF1A promoter methylation, thinness and the history of secondhand smoke were independent risk factors for adult bronchial asthma. Therefore, inhibition of the methylation of RASSF1A promoter factor, weight and secondhand smoke are important for prevention of severe bronchial asthma patients.
