摘 要:自动换膜采样器是一种连续采样、自动换膜、全天候无人值守的大气颗粒物在线采样仪器。介绍了自动换膜器的工作原理,分析了在线环境监测过程中可能影响采样流量准确性的因素;分别在标况试验状态、高低温试验状态、电压变化试验状态和电磁兼容试验状态下,进行了累积流量采集比对试验。试验验证了自动换膜采样器流量采集的准确性。The automatic film-changing sampler is a continuous sampling,automatic film-changing and all-weather on-line sampling instrument for atmospheric particulate matter. The working principle of the automatic film changer is introduced,and the factors that may affect the accuracy of sampling flow in the process of on-line environmental monitoring are analyzed. Accumulated flow acquisition and comparison tests were carried out under standard condition test,high and low temperature test,voltage change test and electromagnetic compatibility test. Experiments verify the accuracy of flow acquisition of the automatic film-changing sampler.
