摘　　要：海绵镉在还原炉内除杂还原,流入熔化炉,通过真空虹吸进入真空蒸馏炉,在炉内完成提纯,得到Cd99.995%,精镉液自动流经保温炉,进入自动铸锭机压铸,取件,冷却,切边,装箱,全过程实现自动化生产,产能4~5吨/天,经济环保,在镉领域大有推广前景。Sponge cadmium is reduced in the reduction furnace, flows into the melting furnace, enters the vacuum distillation furnace through vacuum siphoning, and is purified in the furnace to obtain Cd99.995%. The cadmium solution automatically flows through the holding furnace and enters the automatic casting machine. Die-casting, pick-up, cooling, trimming, packing, automatic production in the whole process, production capacity of 4 to 5 tons / day, economic and environmental protection, there is great prospects for promotion in the field of cadmium.
