摘　　要：科技成果转化已然成为促进社会经济发展必不可少的因素。探讨优化科技成果转化的良性机制形成及运行已成为当务之急。但是我国现行科研体系僵化,科技成果转化观念陈旧,不利于成果转化。需要改革科技成果转化机制,完善科技评价体系;建立多样化、多层次的服务平台或中介机构等行之有效的措施促进其顺利转化。通过科研单位、政府、企业通力合作;产、学、研三方协调配合、统筹规划、跨界合作,推动科技创新与科技成果转化有效衔接,充分激发我国蕴藏的巨大科技潜能,科技成果才能真正服务于社会经济发展。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become an indispensable factor in promoting social and economic development. It is urgent to discuss the formation and operation of a benign mechanism for optimizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However, China′s current scientific research system is rigid, and the concept of scientific and technological achievements transformation is outdated, which is not conducive to the transformation of achievements. It is necessary to reform the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements and improve the evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements. The establishment of a diversified and multi-level service platform or intermediary agencies and other effective measures to promote its smooth transformation. We should cooperate with scientific research institutions, governments and enterprises. Only by coordinating, making overall plans and carrying out cross-boundary cooperation can we effectively link up scientific and technological innovation with the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and fully tap into China′s huge scientific and technological potential can scientific and technological achievements truly serve social and economic development.
