摘  要:针对热管的研究现状及当前医药食品行业的背景,本文对一种新型环型流热管的传热性能进行研究。基于环形流热管的工作原理,对环形流热管换热器的传热系数进行计算,在相同充注量及不同倾斜角的情况下,分别对两种冷热水进口温度的传热量及传热系数进行对比分析。分析结果表明,当充注量为40%,倾斜角为5°时,环型流热管换热最好,达到环型热管的最佳工作状态,充注量过多与过少以及倾斜角接近于竖直或水平都会降低热管的换热效果。该研究完全避免了交叉污染,满足无菌要求,有效降低了电能与蒸汽的消耗量,具有较高的实用价值,对我国能源发展战略规划具有重要意义。In view of the current situation of heat pipe research and the background of the current pharmaceutical and food industry, this paper studies the heat transfer performance of a new type of annular heat pipe. Based on the working principle of annular flow heat pipe, the heat transfer coefficient of annular flow heat pipe heat is calculated. Under the same charge and different inclination angles, the heat transfer and heat transfer coefficient of two kinds of inlet temperature of hot and cold water are compared and analyzed. The results show that when the filling quantity is 40% and the inclination angle is 5 degrees, the heat transfer of the heat pipe with annular flow is the best. The heat transfer effect of the heat pipe will be reduced if the filling quantity is too much or too little and the inclination angle is close to the vertical or horizontal. The study avoids cross-contamination completely, meets the aseptic requirements, effectively reduces the consumption of electricity and steam, and has high practical value. It is of great significance to the strategic planning of energy development in China.
