摘 要:为探究竹茎秆节间的生长规律,对紫竹的茎秆伸长数据进行测量及生长曲线绘制;并对紫竹,2种草本竹Raddia guianensis、Olyra latifolia的茎秆进行石蜡切片制作及观察。结果表明:紫竹的高生长过程与大多数竹种一样,呈现"慢—快—慢"的生长趋势,并从下至上逐节伸长,木本竹节间长度的增加与节间细胞的伸长密切相关。紫竹的茎秆薄壁细胞发育中后期出现长短细胞的分化,而2种草本竹的茎秆薄壁细胞整个发育过程均未出现长短细胞的分化,具有与水稻、玉米等禾本科粮食作物一致的薄壁细胞发育模式。In order to explore the internode growth regularity of bamboo culms, the stem elongation data of Phyllostachys nigra was collected and the growth curve was drawn. The stem paraffin section of Phyllostachys nigra, Herb bamboos Raddia guianensis and Olyra latifolia were made and observed under microscope. The results showed that: The plant height growth process of P. nigra showed the pattern of “slow-fast-slow” as most other woody bamboo species, and it was elongated from bottom to top. The increase in the length of internodes is closely related to the elongation of parenchyma cells in woody bamboos. The stem parenchyma cells of P. nigra differentiated in the middle and late stages of development, however, there is no differentiation of long and short parenchyma cells during the whole development process in herbaceous bamboo stems, it is consistent with some grass crops such as rice and maize.
