摘  要:本文提出了一种新型装配式梁柱节点连接形式,主要依靠高强螺栓和反丝套筒实现连接。为了研究该节点的抗震性能,试验制作了三个足尺的框架边节点模型,节点连接位置作为可变参数,对三个节点进行了低周反复荷载试验,详细观察了构件的破坏形态和裂缝发展规律,得到了节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和耗能能力等。试验结果表明,该新型节点具有更好的延性和耗能能力,采用该节点连接可以有效实现塑性铰外移,保护了节点核心区,符合抗震设计规范的要求,且螺栓在试验过程中表现良好,能够提供良好的摩擦力和紧固力。因此,该节点具有一定的研究价值和可实施性,研究成果将为装配式结构的设计与应用提供科学依据。This paper presents a new type of beam-column joints,realizing connection through high-strength bolts and bushes. In order to study seismic performance of this kind of joints,three full scale frame side joints were designed and fabricated. The whole loading process and failure modes of three specimens with different connection locations under low cycle loading were discussed. And the hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity were also analyzed. The test results show that the new type joint has better ductility and energy dissipation capacity,which reveals that this type of joint can control plastic hinge position to protect joint core area,and it can meet the demand of seismic design code. The bolts can perform very well and provide perfect friction force and firmly tight force. This kind of joints have certain research value and practicality,so research results will provide scientific evidence for design and implement of assembled buildings.
