摘　　要：以宜兴市宜城街道为研究区域,进行了城市雨洪控制利用研究。通过对宜兴市概况、降雨、地形及土地利用情况以及现状洪涝问题的分析,在考虑了整个宜兴市及其上下游的情况后,提出了宜城街道外来洪水应对措施、内涝控制措施以及雨洪资源收集利用措施,为解决城市洪涝及水资源短缺问题提供了参考。Taking Yicheng residential district of Yixing City as the research area to study the urban flood control and utilization. By analyzing the general situation, rainfall, land use situation and the present flood situation of Yixing, after considering the whole situation of the Yixing City and its upstream and downstream, the external flood response measures, internal control measures and the utilization of rain flood resource collection measures of Yicheng residential district were proposed, which could provide reference for solving the problem of urban flooding and water shortages.
