摘 要:主要探讨将竹浆纤维、负离子纤维、棉纤维以30/40/30的混纺比当作包覆纱的外包纤维,以5.56tex抗菌丙纶长丝作为芯丝,纺得10.6tex包覆率为47.5%包覆纱,并赋予纱线永久抗菌性能、负离子释放功能以及更好的舒适性能等,并对纺制包覆纱的纺纱原理、纺纱方法、主要工艺参数,以及预牵伸倍数、捻度、钢丝圈型号对纱线质量的影响进行了分析,最终得出了一套最优参数设置,为今后此类保健型功能纱线提供了一定的研究基础和生产经验。The bamboo fiber, negative ion fiber and cotton fiber were used as the outer fiber of the covered yarn with the blend ratio of 30/40/30, and the 5.66tex antibacterial polypropylene filament was used as the core wire to obtain the 10.6 tex covered yarn with 47.5% coating rate. The covered yarn was given permanent antibacterial properties, negative ion release function and better comfort. The spinning principle, spinning method, main process parameters of the spun yarn were described. And the effects of pre-draft multiple, twist and the size of the wire loop on the yarn quality were analyzed. Finally, a set of optimal parameters was obtained, which provided certain research basis and production experience for such health-care functional yarns in the future.
