摘 要:采用不同活化剂对脱脂棉进行煮漂一浴前处理,以处理后织物的白度、润湿性及表面活性物质为评价指标,研究了四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)、α-五乙酰葡萄糖(PAG)、壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(NOBS)四种漂白活化剂的浓度和处理温度对脱脂棉煮漂效果的影响,并探讨了漂白体系中羟基自由基(OH·)含量对煮漂的影响。结果表明:与不添加活化剂相比,使用活化剂PA、PAG、TAED和NOBS可以显著提高脱脂棉的白度,实现低温漂白,符合工厂所需白度的要求,同时表面活性物的测试中泡沫高度不超过2mm,符合前处理要求。Different activators were adopted to conduct scouring and bleaching one bath pretreatment of degreasing cotton. The whiteness, wettability and surface active substance of the treated fabric were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the effects of concentration and treatment temperature of the four bleach activators such as tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED), phthalic anhydride(PA), α-penta-glucose(PAG) and sodium nonanoyloxybenzene sulfonate(NOBS) on the bleaching result of degreasing cotton. And the effect of hydroxyl radical(OH·) content in bleaching system on scouring and bleaching results was also discussed. Compared with the results without activators, the whiteness of degreasing cotton could significantly increased and low temperature bleaching of cotton could be realized by using the activators such as PA, PAG, TAED and NOBS, which met the whiteness requirement of the plant. At the same time, the foam height in the test of the surface active substance was not more than 2 mm, which met the requirements of pretreatment.
