黏土矿物在毛巾冷轧堆前处理中的应用研究

摘  要:黏土矿物绿色、安全、环保、价廉,近年来已在印染行业中崭露头角,本研究将黏土矿物用于毛巾织物冷轧堆前处理,结果表明,黏土矿物膨润土经过简单酸热改性后用于毛巾织物冷轧堆前处理,在氢氧化钠质量浓度40g/L、双氧水质量浓度50g/L、改性膨润土质量浓度4g/L、渗透剂DM-1230质量浓度2g/L、室温堆置时间18h条件下,毛巾白度达到70.1%,毛效10.5 cm/30min,强力损失9.6%;效果与传统氧漂助剂基本相当。Clay minerals are green, safe, environmentally friendly and inexpensive, and have emerged in the printing and dyeing industry in recent years. The clay minerals were used for cold pad-batch pretreatment of towel fabrics. The results showed that the clay mineral bentonite was used for cold pad-batch pretreatment of towel fabrics after simple acid-thermal modification. The optimum conditions of modified bentonite for cold pad-batch treatment of towel fabric were;the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide was 40g/L, the mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 50g/L, the mass concentration of modified bentonite was 4g/L, the mass concentration of penetrant agent DM-1230 was 2g/L and the batching up time was 18h. And the strength loss of the treated cotton towel fabric was 9.6%, the capillary effect was 10.5 cm/30min and the whiteness was 70.1% under the optimized process conditions. Compared with traditional peroxide bleaching auxiliaries, their effects were basically similar.
