93例产妇产后康复意识现状调查及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解南昌市部分产妇产后康复理念的现状,并分析其相关因素。方法采用方便取样的方法对2017年6月至2018年1月93名就诊产妇进行自编问卷调查,产妇每次妊娠均为单胎。结果 93名产妇中,72名(占77.42%)产妇主观认识到妊娠对健康造成的影响并有产后康复需求;32名(占34.41%)产妇对产后康复知识有一定了解。年龄、文化程度、症状、自身康复需求与产妇康复意识有关,低文化程度、无康复需求是影响康复意识的危险因素。结论南昌市现阶段产妇的康复意识普遍偏低,且有诸多因素影响产妇的产后康复意识。Objective To understand the present situation and related factors of postpartum rehabilitation concept of parturients in Nanchang city. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted on 93 singleton pregnant women using convenient sampling(June 2017-January 2018). Results Among the 93 parturients,72(77.42%) recognized the effect of pregnancy on health subjectively and had a need for postpartum rehabilitation,and 32(34.41%) had some knowledge of postpartum rehabilitation.The age,education level,symptoms and self-rehabilitation needs were related to maternal rehabilitation awareness.Low education and no requirement for rehabilitation were the risk factors affecting rehabilitation awareness. Conclusion At present,the rehabilitation consciousness is generally low in parturient women in Nanchang,and there are many factors affecting the consciousness of postpartum rehabilitation.
