摘　　要：毓麟珠一方出自《景岳全书·妇人归》,原方为益肾补气养血,调经种子之良方。本文从"毓麟珠"方治疗女性不孕症机理,毓麟珠方义解析,组方现代药理学研究,现代医家运用毓麟珠方治疗不孕症经验及毓麟珠方化裁治疗不孕症临床应用等方面,阐述了毓麟珠方治疗不孕症的良好疗效及推广价值。Yulinzhu decoction was from the “Jing Yue Pandect ·Woman”. The decoction was for tonifying the kidney, benefiting qi and nourishing blood, hereby regulating menstruation. This paper, by exploring the mechanism of Yulinzhu decoction and introducing the application experiences and effect of Yulinzhu decoction, manifested the efficacy and promotion value of Yulinzhu decoction in the treatment of female infertility.
