摘　　要：目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合调CO2激光对尖锐湿疣患者淋巴细胞及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年9月在上海市杨思医院诊治的62例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法分为两组,每组各31例。对照组采用调CO2激光联合γ-干扰素治疗,观察组予卡介菌多糖核酸联合调CO2激光治疗,比较两组T淋巴细胞变化情况、炎症因子水平及复发率。结果治疗3个月,观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD3^+水平均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗3个月相比,观察组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平较低,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、IL-12水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对尖锐湿疣患者采用卡介菌多糖核酸联合调CO2激光治疗效果确切,可降低患者炎症因子水平,改善免疫功能,降低复发率。Objective To explore the effects of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) combined with CO2-switched laser on the lymphocyte and inflammatory factors in patients with condyloma acuminate (CA). Methods62 patients with CA treated in Shanghai Yangsi Hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2-switched laser combined with γ-interferon, and the observation group was given BCG-PSN combined with CO2-switched laser. The changes in T lymphocytes, the levels of inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 3 months of treatment, the levels of CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ and CD3^+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group while the level of CD8^+ was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the level of interleukin-4 (IL-4) was lower and the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and IL-12 were higher in the observation group after 3 months of treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionsBCG-PSN combined with CO2-switched laser is of exact efficacy for patients with CA, which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, improve the immune function and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
