摘 要:针对内置式永磁电机转子高速运行时易损坏问题,对内置式永磁电机转子的电磁与机械特性综合设计进行研究。采用等效圆环解析法分析各参数对内置式转子机械强度的影响,重点研究高速离心力影响下内置式永磁转子的结构设计。分析转子电磁以及机械特性与加强筋宽度、几何形状之间的关系,对高速永磁转子进行优化设计,得出高速内置式永磁转子的设计规律。The electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics of the built-in permanent magnet motor rotor are studied in order to solve the problem that the rotor of the built-in permanent magnet motor is liable to damage when running at high speed. The effect of each parameter on the mechanical strength of the built-in rotor is analyzed by the equivalent ring analysis method, and the structural design of the built-in permanent magnet rotor under the influence of the high-speed centrifugal force is studied emphatically. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics of the rotor and the width and geometry of the stiffener, the optimum design of the high-speed permanent magnet rotor is carried out, and the design rule of the high-speed built-in permanent magnet rotor is obtained.
