摘 要:通过对采煤机机液调高机构结构及工作原理的分析,合理地简化了液压系统执行油缸和采煤机摇臂之间的联动关系,通过简化的联动分析,建立了采煤机机液调高系统的数学模型,并利用AMEsim及Matlab仿真分析软件,建立了采煤机调高机构的机液联合仿真分析模型,对调高机构的工作过程进行了联合仿真分析,结果表明:采用联合仿真分析的方法能够直观地对采煤机调高系统工作时的机液特性进行模拟,对提升采煤机设计水平、优化系统结构、提升采煤机使用的经济性具有十分重要的意义。Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of hydraulic height adjustment mechanism of shearer,the linkage relationship between hydraulic system execution cylinder and shearer rocker arm is reasonably simplified,and the simplified linkage analysis is carried out by means of simplified linkage analysis,and the relationship between hydraulic system execution cylinder and shearer rocker arm is reasonably simplified. In this paper,the mathematical model of hydraulic height adjustment system of shearer is established. By using AMEsim and Matlab simulation analysis software,the mechanical-hydraulic joint simulation and analysis model of the mechanism is established,and the working process of the mechanism is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the mechanical-liquid characteristics of the shearer's height-adjusting system can be simulated intuitively by the method of combined simulation and analysis,and the design water of the coal-winning machine can be raised. It is of great significance to optimize the system structure and improve the economy of shearer use.
