摘 要:针对传统的带式输送机驱动滚筒用滚动轴承的缺陷,详细分析剖分轴承的结构原理、组成、优点,以及剖分轴承在西山煤电集团东曲煤矿+973水平主运带式输送机传动滚筒上的应用效果。分析表明剖分轴承最大的优点是可在不拆除与原轴承同轴的情况下能方便、迅速地安拆轴承;同时应用效果也显示改为剖分轴承的带式输送机运行稳定、可靠,降低了轴承故障,提高了运输效率。In view of the defect of the traditional rolling bearing for the belt conveyor,the structure principle, composition and advantages of the split bearing are analyzed in detail,and the application effect of the split bearing on the transmission roller of the belt conveyor at the level of the Dongqu Coal Mine + 973 horizontal main transport belt of the Xishan Coal Power Group is analyzed in detail. The analysis shows that the maximum advantage of the split bearing is that the bearing can be easily and quickly installed without removing the coaxial with the original bearing, and the application effect is also shown that the belt conveyor with the split bearing is stable and reliable,the bearing failure is reduced,and the transportation efficiency is improved.
