摘 要:针对某矿综采工作面的刮板运输机在实际应用中存在的问题,对中部槽磨损失效的故障进行了原因分析,从中部槽的质量、新型以及表面处理等方面出发,进行了优化改进,并提出了相应的改进措施。实践表明:通过对刮板运输机中部槽进行优化改进,不仅解决了运输机在实际运行期间中部槽磨损失效的问题,而且提高了刮板运输机的运行效率,在降低中部槽制造成本的同时,增强了煤矿企业生产的可靠性。In view of the problems existing in the practical application of scraper conveyor in a fully mechanized mining face,the causes of wear failure in the middle groove are analyzed,starting from the aspects of the quality,new type and surface treatment of the middle groove,etc. The optimization and improvement are carried out,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The practice shows that by optimizing and improving the middle groove of scraper conveyor,it not only solves the problem of the wear failure of the middle slot during the actual operation,but also improves the operation efficiency of the scraper conveyer. While reducing the manufacturing cost of the middle trough,the reliability of coal mine production is enhanced.
