摘　　要：针对钻机在使用过程中存在的摇摆、滑道不稳定、钻机移动困难、材料消耗严重等问题,通过对钻机立柱、底座、供回油管路进行改造,并加装钻机移动装置,有效增加了钻机使用安全系数及稳定性,整个钻机的改造成本约为8 000元,每年可增加经济效益约29.61万元,达到了降本增效的目的。In view of the problems existing in the operation of the rig,such as swaying,unstable slide track,difficult movement of the rig,serious material consumption and so on,through the transformation of the rigs column and substructure to supply the oil return pipeline,and the installation of the drilling rig moving device,The safety factor and stability of the drilling rig are increased effectively. The cost of the whole drilling rig is about 8,000 yuan,and the economic benefit is increased by about two hundred and ninety six thousand and ninety nine yuan per year,thus achieving the goal of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.
