摘　　要：以DMG DMC125FD五轴联动机床为研究对象,结合实践操作整理了部分常见故障的类型,归纳了常见故障诊断的一般原则,还选取了SP轴无法夹紧的故障实例,通过拆解找到故障原因并提出了解决方法。Taking DMG DMC125FD five-axis linkage machine as the research object,combining with practical operation,this paper sorts out the types of some common faults,sums up the general principles of common fault diagnosis,and selects the example of failure where the SP axis can not be clamped. The cause of the failure is found out by disassembling and the solution is put forward.
