使用祛腐生肌散治疗鼓膜穿孔的临床特征及处理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨使用祛腐生肌散治疗慢性单纯型中耳炎鼓膜穿孔治疗过程中的常见及少见的临床特征及处理对策。方法回顾性分析2014年6月-2017年6月我科住院治疗的鼓膜穿孔患者250例,应用祛腐生肌散治疗后定期随访,观察术后鼓膜愈合情况及各种临床特征。结果治愈198例,好转52例,无效0例。236例术后第1天均患耳流脓,10例整个治疗1周后患耳不流脓,2例肉芽异位生长,1例鼓膜紧张部遗留小穿孔,1例中药过敏。结论应用祛腐生肌散治疗慢性单纯型中耳炎鼓膜穿孔安全有效,但是各种临床特征不能忽视,个体化治疗与各种现象的及时处理对提高临床疗效至关重要。Objective To investigate the clinical features and countermeasures of tympanic membrane perforation treated with Qu Fu Sheng Ji Powder.Methods The clinical data of 250 patients with tympanic membrane perforation treated in our department from June 2014 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.After treatment,the healing of tympanic membrane and clinical characteristics were observed.Results In all cases,198 cases were cured,52 cases were improved,and no case was invalid.A total of 236 cases suffered from ear pus at the first day after the operation,10 cases suffered from ear pus at 1 week after treatment.We also found 2 cases of abnormal growth of granuloma,1 case of small perforation left by tympanic tension,and 1 case of allergy to traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat the tympanic membrane perforation of chronic simple otitis media with the application of Qu Fu Sheng Ji Powder.However,a variety of clinical features can’t be ignored.Individual treatment and timely treatment of various phenomena are of great importance to improve the clinical efficacy.
