中医护理模式对卒中后抑郁患者负面情绪、生活质量以及睡眠质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理模式对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的负面情绪、生活质量以及睡眠质量的影响。方法回顾我院2014年1月至2017年1月的脑卒中后抑郁患者60例,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例,对照组予常规脑血管二级预防治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上再予中医护理。记录两组患者的负面情绪(SDS、SAS)、生存质量量表(HOQOL-BREF)以及匹茨堡睡眠质量(PSQI)的变化。结果经过情志护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、焦虑状态自评量表评分(SAS)均比对照组低(P <0.05),观察组的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分比对照组不同程度提高(P <0.05);同时观察组的匹茨堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评分比对照组降低(P <0.05)。结论中医护理模式能改善卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁心境。Objective To explore the influence of TCM nursing care on the post-stroke depression (PSD) negative emotions, quality of life and sleep quality. Methods 60 patients with post-stroke depression from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group, observation group, and 30 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease treatment and nursing. On the basis of the control group the observation group was given the TCM nursing care. We observed negative emotions(SDS, SAS), quality of life(HOQOLBREF), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in both groups. Result After TCM nursing care, the depression self-rating score (SDS) and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05).The scores of psychological function, somatic function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). At the same time, Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The TCM nursing care can improve the depressed mood and improve the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression, and also can ameliorate sleep quality.
