白内障超声乳化联合三焦点人工晶体植入手术的优势和护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化联合三焦点人工晶体植入手术的优势和护理干预。方法选取2016年5～8月份于我院门诊就诊时诊断为白内障并采用白内障超声乳化联合三焦点人工晶体植入术治疗的患者共20例(24只眼),对手术的优势及全程护理经验进行分析总结。结果本组患者手术均顺利完成,未出现与手术相关的眼部感染及并发症。随访1～3个月,20例患者的远中近距离平均裸眼视力为0.6～1.0。结论白内障超声乳化联合三焦点人工晶体植入手术可以使患者获得良好的远、中、近全程视力,降低像差的影响,且在明暗条件下均具有良好的对比敏感度。有效的围术期护理对白内障超声乳化联合三焦点人工晶体植入手术患者的视力复原有促进作用,为患者预后提供有效保证,大大提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the advantages and nursing intervention of phacoemulsification combined with triple-focus intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Methods 24 eyes of 20 patients with cataract in our hospital were collected and treated with phacoemulsification combined with triple-focus intraocular lens implantation from May to August in 2016. The advantages of the operation and nursing experience were analyzed. Results The operations of all the patients were successfully completed, and no ocular infections and complications after operations were found. Totally, 20 patients’ postoperative average uncorrected visual acuity of near, intermediate, and far distance were 0.6-1.0 after following up from 1 to 3 months. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with triple-focus intraocular lens (IOL) implantation can provide sharp vision at near, intermediate, and far distances, corrects spherical aberrations, and has great contrast sensitivity in both high and low light conditions. Effective perioperative nursing can promote vision rehabilitation for the patients after the operation, provide an effective guarantee for operative prognosis and greatly improve patient's satisfaction.
