摘  要:目的优化北桑寄生总黄酮提取工艺。方法采用超声提取法提取北桑寄生总黄酮,单因素和正交实验优化提取工艺,高效液相色谱法对总黄酮中各化合物定量。结果最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度75%,料液比1∶20,提取温度25℃,提取时间60 min。最佳提取条件下,总黄酮含量为55.08%,总黄酮中四种黄酮类化合物含量占到96.52%。结论该工艺所提北桑寄生总黄酮含量高,化合物种类少,已知化合物占到90%以上,为进一步研究和开发北桑寄生总黄酮奠定基础。Objective Loranthus tanakae was used to optimize the extraction process of Loranthus tanakae total flavonoids. Method The influencing factors of flavonoids extraction rate were studied through the single factors and orthogonal test. To develop a method, the HPLC was used for determination the content of each compound in total flavonoids under the optimum extraction conditions. Result The optimum extraction process was as follows: extraction solvent of 75% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20, extraction temperature 25 ℃, extracting time 60 min, and total flavonoids extraction rate was 55.08%. Conclusion The higher content of Loranthus tanakae total flavonoids can be extracted by this technology, and few kinds of compounds were obtained, in which the known compounds account for more than 90%. Therefore, this extraction process can lay the foundation for further research and development of total flavonoids in Loranthus tanakae.
