盐酸罗哌卡因(耐乐品)和布比卡因的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分别将0.75%的盐酸罗哌卡因和布比卡因,运用在剖宫产手术的孕妇身上,来对比两种药物的治疗效果与安全性。方法在本院抽取年龄在23～36岁孕产妇患者80例,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组40例,Ⅱ组40例,将Ⅰ组作为布比卡因组,将Ⅱ组作为罗哌卡因组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组孕产妇均在腰间隙L2～3作腰硬联合穿刺,然后分别观察感觉与运动阻滞会出现哪些不良反应。结果通过两组药品对比,相同剂量情况下,罗哌卡因的感觉阻滞和运动阻滞相对缓慢,但是不良反应相对较少。结论孕产妇剖宫产手术时,采用0.75%罗哌卡因进行腰麻,患者与家属的满意度高,孕产妇和胎儿的安全系数高。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of the two drugs by using 0.75% of Ropivacaine hydrochloride and bupivacaine in pregnant women with cesarean section. Methods extraction of 23 - at our hospital in 36 patients, 80 cases of pregnant and parturient women, and randomly divided into two groups,Ⅰ group of 40 cases,Ⅱ group of 40 cases,Ⅰ group as the than paid group,Ⅱ group as ROM pp because group,Ⅰ, maternal Ⅱ group were in lumbar L2-3 clearance for waist hard joint puncture, then observe the sensory and motor block respectively will appear which adverse reactions. Results Compared with the two groups of drugs, the sensory block and motion retardation of ropivacaine in the same dose were relatively slow, but the adverse reactions were relatively few. Conclusion During the operation of caesarean section, the patients and their families were satisfied with the high degree of satisfaction of the patients and their families.
