摘  要:目的研究血压、体质量、身高、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)之间的相关性研究。方法采用横断面研究设计。研究对象为山西省眼科医院白内障科住院的患者。年龄为45~75岁,按照统一标准测量患者的血压、体质量、身高、体质量指数、眼压。患者中对于有眼部手术史及眼底检查视盘可疑者除外。结果收缩压与身高、体质量指数、眼压无统计学意义(P>0.05)。舒张压与体质量、身高、体质量指数有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均动脉压与身高、体质量指数、眼压无统计学意义(P>0.05)。身高与体质量呈正相关,有统计学意义(Pearson相关系数r=0.701,P<0.01)。结论血压、体质量、体质量指数、眼压之间有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation study of blood pressure(BP), weight, height, body mass index(BMI) and intraocular pressure(IOP). Methods A cross-section study was designed in this study. Objects of study were patients in Shanxi Eye Hospital cataract. Adults ranging in age from 45 to 75 years, blood pressure, weight, height, BMI and intraocular pressure of patients were measured according to unified standards. Patients with eye surgery history and suspected optic disc were not included. Result Systolic blood pressure and height, body mass index, and intraocular pressure were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Diastolic blood pressure and weight, height, body mass index was statistically significant (P <0.05), mean arterial pressure and the height, body mass index and intraocular pressure has no statistical significance (P >0.05).The weight is an important factor to affect blood pressure. Height is positively correlated with weight, and is statistically significant (Pearson correlation coefficient r =0.701, P <0.01). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between blood pressure, weigh, body mass index and intraocular pressure.
