摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管结石封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中处理高龄患者输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法术中置放封堵器防止结石漂移,提高碎石成功率。结果除1例结石漂移外,其余36例均一次碎石成功,术后复查肾盂内无残留结石,患侧肾积水消退。结论应用输尿管结石封堵器治疗高龄患者输尿管上段结石疗效理想,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of occluder device in managing eld patient ureter upside stone in holmium laser uterterolithotripsy. Methods The occlude devices were inserted into uerteral cavity through ureter stone,it was performed to prevent escape of stone. Results Except one case of stone escaping into renal pelvic cavity,36 cases were subjected to successful operation of holmium laser uterterolithotripsy. Uretr stone was disposed and hydronephrosis was receded. Conclusions The effectiveness of occlude device is definite in managing eld patient ureter upside stone in holmium laser uterterolithotripsy.
