摘　　要：目的探讨小儿病毒性心肌炎的整体护理干预方法,为提高临床护理效果提供依据。方法随机选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院收治的小儿病毒性心肌炎患者80例,按不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用专科护理措施,观察组在专科护理基础上给予整体护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经过护理干预后两组患者的情况均有不同程度好转,对照组患者的整体护理有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者出院后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患儿给予有效的整体护理干预,可改善患儿心理状态,提高护理满意度,同时也可改善护理效果,提高护理针对性和全面性,为患儿提供更加优质的护理服务。Objective To analyze the holistic nursing intervention for children with viral myocarditis and improve the clinical nursing effect.Methods 80 children with viral myocarditis received in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted specialized nursing measures.The observation group adopted holistic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After specialized nursing and holistic nursing,the two groups had different degrees of improvement.The overall treatment efficiency of the patients in the control group was lower than the observation group.The recurrence rate after discharge was significantly lower than that of the control group.The satisfaction of the nursing was evidently higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The effective holistic nursing care for the children with viral myocarditis can improve the mental state of the patients,increase the satisfaction of nursing and the effect of nursing,increase the pertinence and comprehensiveness of nursing and provide better nursing service for the patients.
