摘 要:针对现有煤最短自然发火期预测方法存在操作复杂、耗时费力等问题,提出了一种煤最短自然发火期快速预测方法。通过煤自燃特性的氧化动力学测试获得煤氧化过程中不同阶段的特征参数,利用线性拟合建立了煤自燃倾向性判定指数和绝热氧化时间的函数关系;根据F-K热自燃理论,建立了煤绝热氧化时间和特征尺寸之间的函数关系;利用以上函数关系推导出煤最短自然发火期快速预测模型。基于该方法获得的煤最短自然发火期预测值与实际值基本一致。该方法耗时少、操作简单,适合大量煤样的最短自然发火期预测。In view of problems of complicated operation,large time consumption and high labor intensity of existing prediction methods for the shortest coal spontaneous combustion period,a fast prediction method for the shortest coal spontaneous combustion period was proposed.Characteristic parameters of different stages in coal oxidation process are obtained through oxidation kinetics test for coal spontaneous combustion characteristics.Function relationship between classification index of coal spontaneous combustion tendency and adiabatic oxidation time is established by linear fitting.According to theory of F-K thermal spontaneous combustion,function relationship between the adiabatic oxidation time and characteristic size of coal is established.A fast prediction model for the shortest coal spontaneous combustion period is derived based on the above function relationships.The predicted value of the shortest coal spontaneous combustion period obtained by the method is basically consistent with the actual value.The method is suitable for the shortest spontaneous combustion period prediction of a large number of coal samples with less time consumption and simple operation.
