摘 要:以枝状的叉节藻(Amphiroa ephedraea)、珊瑚藻(Corallina officinalis)和壳状的孔石藻(Porolithon onkodes)、拟中叶藻(Mesophyllum simulans)等4种南海海域典型珊瑚藻为研究对象,探讨珊瑚藻对黄癣蜂巢珊瑚浮浪幼虫的生长和基底附着的影响.试验发现,高压灭菌后的壳状珊瑚藻在浮浪幼虫附着率方面出现显著下降,表明藻体表面的生物被膜及微生物菌落可能在诱导幼虫附着方面有着重要意义,而壳状珊瑚藻形成的钙质硬化结构在为珊瑚虫提供硬质基底的功能方面可能与海底岩石结构并无明显差别.黄癣蜂巢珊瑚受精48 h后开始进入浮浪幼虫期,幼虫浮游期平均时间为(173. 25±14. 88) h,其中:以拟中叶藻处理的幼虫浮游期最短(126. 71±12. 20) h,石莼最长(217. 33±19. 45) h,显示拟中叶藻基底最适宜吸引浮浪幼虫进行附着变态.For the purpose of understanding the capacity of coralline algae on inducing the larval settlement of Favia favus,the experimental study was carried out by cultivating the common articulated coralline algae- Amphiroa ephedraea and Corallina officinalis -and the common crustose coralline algae- Mesophyllum simulans and Porolithon onkodes.It showed that larvae settlement was induced by the substrate of Mesophyllum simulans and Porolithon onkodes,rather than by that of Amphiroa ephedraea and Corallina officinalis.Moreover,the significant decline of settlement rate was also found under the autoclaved treatment,suggesting that the biofilm and bacterial community-rather than the microscopic calcareous structure-on the algae surface were important for larval metamorphosis and settlement.Coral planula larvae appeared for the first time after 48 h of the completion of fertilization with the average pelagic period of 173.25±14.88 h.As for the different substrate,the shortest pelagic period was found on Mesophyllum simulans while the longest one on Ulva lactuca,indicating that the former was the best substrate for larval settlement.
