摘　　要：目的分析对比抗凝与双联抗栓治疗冠心病合并心房颤动的效果及出血事件发生率。方法选取2016年12月～2018年12月我院收治的冠心病合并心房颤动患者80例作为研究对象,通过计算机随机选择分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例,给予观察组患者抗凝治疗,给予对照组患者双联抗栓治疗,对比两组治疗效果及出血事件发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率较高,且出血事件发生率较低,其数据结果与对照组数据相比均存在明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗凝治疗冠心病合并心房颤动的疗效显著,可有效降低出血事件发生率。Objective To analyze and compare the effect of anticoagulation and double antithrombotic therapy on coronary heart disease with atrial fibrillation and the incidence of bleeding events.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018 admitted during the period of 80 patients with coronary heart disease with atrial fibrillation as the analysis object,all patients were treated by the computer random grouping,which is divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,give anticoagulant therapy,observation group patients give double control group patients antithrombotic treatment,compared two groups of treatment effects,and the incidence of bleeding events.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher,and the incidence of bleeding events was lower.Compared with the data in the control group,the data in the observation group had significant advantages.The difference between the two groups was statistically calculated (P<0.05), indicating statistical significance.Conclusion Anticoagulation therapy for coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation has significant clinical efficacy and can effectively reduce the incidence of bleeding events.
