夜磨牙症患者咬合及睡眠特征和弹性(牙合)垫的矫治作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究弹性(牙合)垫在夜磨牙症中的应用对改善患者咬合与睡眠特征的干预作用。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年10月山东省菏泽市中医医院口腔科接诊且行弹性(牙合)垫治疗的夜磨牙症病患20例为观察组,并以本院同期接诊的健康体检者20名作为对照组。分析2组的睡眠与咬合特征,并对各组的疗效作出比较。结果:观察组入组时的闭合时间、(牙合)力中心点位置左右向偏移、左侧分离时间、左侧(牙合)力百分比、右侧(牙合)力百分比、(牙合)力不对称指数与RMMA次数同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗后的闭合时间、(牙合)力中心点位置左右向偏移、左侧(牙合)力百分比、右侧(牙合)力百分比、(牙合)力不对称指数、RMMA次数同治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对夜磨牙症病患来说,其睡眠结构和健康人并无统计学意义,但有咬合特征改变的现象,通过合理运用弹性(牙合)垫,可有效改善其咬合特征,促进夜磨牙症症状缓解,建议临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of elastic occlusal pad on improving occlusal and sleep characteristics of patients with nocturnal attrition.Methods:From March 2017 to October 2018,20 patients with nocturnal attrition were treated with elastic occlusal pad as experimental group,and 20 healthy subjects received in our hospital at the same time were used as control.The sleep and occlusal characteristics of the two groups were analyzed and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The closing time of the experimental group,the left and right deviation of the center point of the force,the separation time on the left side,on the The frequency of RMMA was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the closing time,the left and right deviation of the center point,the percentage of the left force,the percentage of the right force,the asymmetry index of the force,and the number of RMMA were significantly different from those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in sleep structure between the patients with nocturnal molars and healthy people,but there is a change in occlusal characteristics.The rational use of elastic occlusal pads can effectively improve the occlusal characteristics of the patients and promote the remission of nocturnal malocclusion symptoms,and there is no significant difference in the sleep structure between the patients and the healthy people.It is suggested that clinical popularization should be carried out.
