肠造口患者术后居家睡眠质量的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析肠造口术后患者的家庭睡眠状况,为提高肠造口术后患者的睡眠质量提供参考。方法:选取2018年1月至8月泉州市第一医院收治的首次肠造口术后30 d的患者作为研究对象,运用目的抽样方式,在定性研究中采用Colaizziv现象学方法,观察患者的睡眠状态。结果:术后的疾病预后不确定,不良症状紊乱,排便不确定,生活方式变化等成为患者睡眠障碍的影响因素。结论:护理人员在造口术后护理患者时,需要帮助患者提高睡眠质量,消除影响患者睡眠障碍的因素,帮助患者得以早期康复。Objective:Analyze the sleep status at home of postoperative patients after colostomy in order to improve the sleep quality postoperative patients after colostomy.Methods:A total of 14 cases,who were in 30 days after colostomy during January to August 2019 for the first time in our hospital.The objective sampling method and Colaizziv phenomenological method were used to observe the sleeping state of patients in qualitative research.Results:Uncertainty of prognosis,disturbance of adverse symptoms,uncertainty of defecation and change of lifestyle are the influencing factors of sleep disorders in patients after operation.Conclusion:Nurses need to help patients improve their sleep quality,eliminate the factors affecting patients'sleep disorders and help patients recover early when nursing patients after stoma operation.
