小儿阻塞性睡眠性呼吸暂停综合征的整体护理及临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究整体护理对于小儿阻塞性睡眠性呼吸暂停综合征患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2015年9月至2019年1月蚌埠市第一人民医院儿内一科收治的阻塞性睡眠性呼吸暂停综合征患儿94例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础之上采用整体护理,观察比较其临床效果。结果:观察组患儿在护理后其住院时间、并发症的总发生率都优于对照组患儿(P <0. 05)。结论:对小儿阻塞性睡眠性呼吸暂停综合征患儿采用整体护理,能够提高护理临床效果,可推广。Objective:To study the effect of holistic nursing on children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:Choose First People's Hospital of Bengbu City from September 2015 to January 2019 by routine nursing of 47 cases of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,as control group,the other selected on the basis of using overall nursing and 47 cases of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,as obervation group,and the results were compared and observed.Results:The hospitalization time and the total incidence of complications inobervation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,holistic nursing can guarantee the prognosis while promoting the final effect and quality of nursing,which can be popularized.
