摘　　要：目的:探讨5S护理管理法在改善普外科术前患者睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取我院普外科住院患者200例作为研究对象,采用队列研究方法,2017年1月至2018年1月时间段的100例为A组,2018年2月至2019年2月时间段的100例为B组,A组为未实施普外科住院部5S护理管理法之前病例,B组为实施"5S"即为整理(Seir)、整顿(Seition)、清扫(Seiso)、清洁(Seikeetsu)和素养(Shit suke)的病例,比较2组病例护理质量评分、患者术前睡眠状况和生命质量水平。结果:B组的睡眠质量指数为(4. 12±0. 36)分,睡眠障碍发生率为3%,均明显低于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);护理质量方面,总分为(96. 32±10. 24)分,满意度评分为(95. 23±11. 30)分,与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:5S护理管理法可以大幅度改善普外科手术患者术前的睡眠质量,并提高护理满意度,为患者完善术前准备奠定了基础。Objective:To explore the effect of 5S nursing management on improving sleep quality of patients before general surgery.Methods:Study included 200 cases of hospitalized patients with select department of general surgery,by the method of queue and period from January 2017 to January 2018 100 cases in group A,in February 2018 to February 2019 periods of 100 cases of group B,group A is not the implementation of general surgery the inpatient cases before 5 s nursing management,group B for the implementation of “5 s” is the sorting(Seir),consolidation(Seition),cleaning(Seiso),clean(Seikeetsu)and quality(Shit suke)of cases,The nursing quality score,preoperative sleep status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The sleep quality index of group B was(4.12±0.36),and the incidence of sleep disorder was 3%,which was significantly lower than that of group A,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nursing quality,the total score was(96.32±10.24),and the satisfaction score was(95.23±11.30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five S nursing management method can significantly improve the preoperative sleep quality of general surgery patients,and improve nursing satisfaction,laying a foundation for patients to improve preoperative preparation.
