ICU清醒患者引入前瞻性护理干预对于睡眠指数与消极情感状态的影响探究

摘　　要：目的:分析前瞻性护理干预应用于ICU清醒患者对其睡眠指数以及消极情感状态的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的ICU清醒患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施前瞻性护理干预,比较2组睡眠质量和消极情感状态改善情况。结果:观察组护理后SAS评分为(28. 6±2. 9)分,SDS评分为(29. 2±2. 6)分,与对照组的(36. 7±3. 7)分和(37. 8±3. 9)分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组护理后PSQI总分及各维度评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组与对照组护理满意度分别为95. 3%和74. 4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:前瞻性护理干预在ICU清醒患者中的应用,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of prospective nursing intervention on sleep index and negative emotional state of conscious patients in ICU.Methods:Seventy conscious ICU patients admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given prospective nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The sleep quality and negative emotional state of the two groups were compared.Results:The SAS score of the study group was(28.6±2.9)and the SDS score was(29.2±2.6).Compared with the control group(36.7±3.7)and(37.8±3.9),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total scores of PSQI and the scores of each dimension in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group were 95.3% and 74.4%,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of prospective nursing intervention in conscious patients in ICU can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve patients' sleep quality and enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion.
