重组人生长激素联合催眠治疗特发性矮小症的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察酒泉市人民医院儿科应用重组人生长激素联合催眠治疗特发性矮小症的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年9月至2018年9月酒泉市人民医院儿科收治的特发性矮小症患儿64例,分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用单纯皮下肌注重组人生长激素治疗,观察组采用皮下肌注重组人生长激素联合催眠治疗,比较2组患儿治疗前后的平均身高、骨龄、IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:2组患儿治疗前的平均身高、骨龄、IGF-1和IGFBP-3没有明显差距;重组人生长激素联合催眠观察组患儿的上述各项指标较治疗前、较对照组均有明显增长。结论:应用重组人生长激素联合催眠治疗特发性矮小症,疗效肯定,不良反应发生率极低,安全有效。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of recombinant human growth hormone combined with hypnosis in the treatment of idiopathic short stature in our hospital.Methods:A total of 64 children with idiopathic short stature were selected and divided into control and observation groups,32 in each group.The mean height,bone age,igf-1,igfbp-3 levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in average height,bone age,igf-1 and igfbp-3 between the two groups before treatment.The above indexes of the children treated with recombinant human growth hormone combined with hypnosis were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Recombinant human growth hormone combined with hypnosis is safe and effective in the treatment of idiopathic short stature.
