摘  要:通过FLUENT软件对扭曲管进行数值模拟分析,得出其内部流场因流通截面积不断变化沿轴向呈周期性交错变化,且不同区域流速大小与方向各不相同。压降与温度均以较强规律呈周期性逐渐减小趋势,内部流通截面积交替变化使得其压力梯度变化显著,管内流动介质产生二次旋流促使湍流程度增强。随着流速的递增,压降与膜传热系数呈递增趋势,且流速越大彼此之间的差距就越明显。为换热设备的进一步优化提供新思路和新技术。The numerical simulation analysis of twisted tube is carried out by FLUENT software,the results show that the internal f low field changes periodically and alternately along the axial direction due to the continuous change of the flow cross-sectional area,and flow velocity in different areas are different with the size and direction.Both pressure drop and temperature decrease periodically and gradually with a strong rule,the alternating change of internal f low cross-sectional area makes the pressure gradient change significantly,the secondary swirling f low generated by the f lowing medium in the tube promotes the enhancement of turbulence level.As the f low rate increases,pressure drop and film heat transfer coefficient are increasing,and the larger the flow rate,the more obvious the difference between them.It provides new ideas and new technologies for further optimization of heat exchange equipment.
