环境犯罪学视角下街角青年易罪错空间研究

摘　　要：通过改变空间环境中的犯罪要素可以达到预防和减少犯罪的目的,但目前学界尚缺乏物质环境因素与街角青年罪错行为关系的研究。以环境犯罪学为视角,提出街角青年"易罪错空间"概念,对街角青年罪错行为进行研究。结果显示,空间物质要素通过影响街角青年罪错动机直接作用于其罪错行为的发生,空间非物质要素通过影响街角青年心理状态间接作用于其罪错行为的发生。基于此,根据环境设计预防犯罪理论框架提出对街角青年易罪错空间可操作化的治理策略。By changing the crime elements in space environment,we could achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing crime,but there still lacks the research on the relationship between material environmental factors and the street corner youth's delinquent behaviors.From the perspective of environmental criminology,this paper tries to put forward the concept of "fallibility space" regarding street corner youth,and conduct the research on their delinquent behaviors.According to the results,through affecting the street corner youth's motives for crime and fault,the spatial material elements could affect the occurrence of their delinquent behaviors directly;through affecting the street corner youth's mental state,the spatial non-material elements could affect the occurrence of their delinquent behaviors indirectly.Based on these findings,we could put forward the theoretical framework towards crime prevention according to the environmental design,and hence suggest some operationalized governance strategies towards the fallibility space of street corner youth.
