阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法回顾性分析130例冠心病患者病历资料,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组(n=60)及观察组(n=70),分别给予阿托伐他汀治疗及阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况(发作次数、疼痛程度评分及持续时间)、心功能(左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数)、血管内皮功能(血管内皮素-1、一氧化氮、外周血循环内皮微颗粒)以及心血管事件发生情况(心肌梗死、脑卒中、心律失常、心源性死亡)。结果观察组总有效率(95. 7%)高于对照组(83. 3%),观察组的心绞痛发作情况优于对照组,观察组用药后的心功能与血管内皮功能均优于对照组,观察组心血管事件发生率(7. 1%)低于对照组(16. 7%),各组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效显著,有助于缓解心绞痛症状,改善心功能与血管内皮功能,降低心血管事件发生率。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of atorvastatin and trimetazidine on coronary heart disease (CHD) and its effect on vascular endothelial function,so as to provide clinical data support and promote the improvement of therapeutic effect.Methods 130 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=70) according to different treatment methods.Atorvastatin and Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine were given,respectively.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attack frequency and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Score and duration,cardiac function (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction),vascular endothelial function (vascular endothelin-1,nitric oxide,circulating endothelial microparticles) and cardiovascular events (myocardial infarction,stroke,arrhythmia,cardiac death).Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.7%) was higher than that of the control group (83.3%).The attack of angina pectoris in the observation group was better than that of the control group.The cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of the observation group were better than that of the control group.The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group (7.1%) was lower than that of the control group (16.7%),and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease has a significant effect and is helpful alleviate angina pectoris symptoms,improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
