摘 要:为了解福建省兔群中波氏杆菌和巴氏杆菌的流行情况,通过细菌分离鉴定,对2017年10月-2018年11月期间采集自福建省福州市、南平市和龙岩市9个兔场的243份病死兔肺脏进行支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bb)和多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)检测。结果显示:9个兔场均有Bb和Pm感染,Bb阳性样品占54.73%(133/243),Pm阳性样品占38.68%(94/243),双阳性样品占14.81%(36/243)。说明Bb和Pm在福建省的兔群中普遍存在,且还存在混合感染。Bordetella bronchiseptica(Bb) and Pasteurella multocida(Pm) were isolated and indentified in 243 lung samples from dead rabbits of 9 rabbit farms located in Fuzhou, Nanping and Longyan to understand the epidemiology of Bb and Pm in the rabbits of Fujian province. The results showed that 54.73%(133/243) samples were positive for Bb, 38.68%(94/243) samples were positive for Pm and 14.81%(36/243) samples were co-infected with Bb and Pm. The results indicated that Bb and Pm are widely spreadsed in rabbits of Fujian province.
