摘　　要：临床实验室是临床教学中一支重要的科研力量。要建立一所科学、规范、高效的临床实验室,应做到以下几方面:首先要有健全的实验室规章制度和全方位的安全管理知识,其次是对科研环境和仪器设备不断完善与更新,同时要努力提高科研工作人员良好职业道德素养,最终实现临床实验室规范化管理和运行模式,才能更好的为临床教学服务,成为临床教学工作中强大的支柱力量。Clinical laboratory is an important research force in clinical teaching. To establish a scientific, standardized and efficient clinical laboratory, the following aspects should be achieved: first, we must have sound laboratory rules and regulations and comprehensive safety management knowledge, followed by continuous improvement and updating of scientific research environment and equipment. At the same time, efforts should be made to improve the good professional ethics of scientific research staff, and finally realize the standardized management and operation mode of clinical laboratories, in order to better serve clinical teaching and become a powerful pillar in clinical teaching.
