美罗培南治疗新生儿脓毒血症合并化脓性脑膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价美罗培南治疗新生儿脓毒血症合并化脓性脑膜炎的疗效。方法选取2015年4月～2018年4月来院接受治疗的新生儿脓毒血症合并化脓性脑膜炎患儿,按照入组和排除标准,选取48例患儿,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿接受头孢曲松治疗,观察组接受美罗培南治疗,对比两组患儿在接受不同治疗后,两组患儿的临床治疗效果、细菌清除率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗显效率以及总有效率均高于对照组患儿,观察组患儿的细菌完全清除率高于对照组患儿的细菌完全清除率,不良反应发生率低于对照组患儿,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新生儿脓毒血症合并化脓性脑膜炎接受美罗培南治疗,能有效促进疾病的好转,控制炎症,提升临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of meropenem in the treatment of neonatal sepsis complicated with purulent meningitis.Methods From April 2015 to April 2018,48 children with neonatal sepsis complicated with purulent meningitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method according to admission and exclusion criteria.The control group received ceftriaxone treatment and the observation group received meropenem treatment.The clinical treatment effect,bacterial clearance rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups of children after receiving different treatments were compared.Results The clinical treatment efficiency and total effective rate of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meropenem therapy for neonatal sepsis complicated with purulent meningitis can effectively promote the improvement of the disease,control inflammation,improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and ensure the safety of medication.
