摘　　要：从以太网的概念和背景入手,通过对10Gbps以太网标准体系发展历程和架构体系、标准结构的分析,研究了10Gbps背板以太网的标准结构、测试要求和对测试设备的要求,可为相关芯片研发、背板设计及测试验证提供参考。This paper starts from the concept and background of ethernet, with studies of the development of 10 Gbps ethernet standard structure, architecture and standardization, analyzes the standard structure of 10 Gbps backplane ethernet, test requirement for test items and equipment, and provide a reference of related IC design, backplane PCB design, test and verification.
