摘  要:为开展增程式电动汽车能量管理策略优化和排放研究,搭建了增程器半实物平台,在所搭建的半实物平台的基础上集成了测试设备,组成了完善的虚拟测试系统。针对某12 m长增程式电动客车,在所搭建的虚拟测试系统上进行循环测试,测试结果与仿真结果对比表明,虚拟测试系统测试得到的油耗、车速、辅助动力系统(APU)输出功率、SOC等与计算机仿真结果一致,验证了该虚拟测试系统的准确性和可靠性。To study energy management strategy optimization and emission characteristics of extended-range electric vehicle,a semi-physical platform of range extender is built,test equipment is integrated based on the built platform,and a sophisticated virtual test system is established.Cycle test was performed on the built virtual test system for a 12 m extended-range electric bus.Then the test results are compared with simulation results,which show that data including fuel consumption,vehicle speed,APU(Auxiliary Power Unit)output power and SOC tested by the virtual test system are consistent with computer simulation results,which proves that the test system is accurate and reliable.
